Biography

Harjaap S. Mann is a Partner at Mann Law and leads the firm’s corporate, real estate, and commercial financing practices. With extensive litigation experience in both Ontario and New York State Courts — including appearances at the Ontario Court of Appeal — Harjaap brings a rare combination of courtroom experience and transactional insight to every file he handles.

As the fifth generation in a family deeply rooted in legal defence and law enforcement, Harjaap embodies excellence, discipline, and a deep understanding of complex legal issues. He maintains his expertise by attending advanced Continuing Legal Education programs and regularly participating in leading thought-leadership conferences within the legal community.

Harjaap’s dual licensing in Ontario and New York offers clients a significant advantage in cross-border matters, allowing him to approach domestic and international legal issues with precision and strategic insight.

In addition to his legal practice, Harjaap serves as the **Director of Team Development** at Mann Law, heading the firm’s management team and internal operations. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with his family.
