Biography

Gurpreet S. Shergill is an Associate Lawyer at Mann Law, practicing exclusively in the areas of Immigration Law and Employment Law. With over a decade of experience, he has developed a strong reputation for handling complex immigration files, WSIB matters, and wrongful dismissal claims with precision and strategic expertise.

Before joining Mann Law, Gurpreet practiced civil litigation, administrative law, and immigration law, regularly appearing before courts of both primary and appellate jurisdiction. He has represented insurance companies, state urban development authorities, and regulatory boards, crafting highly effective arguments in both written and oral advocacy.
